BUYERS GUARANTEE
If your not satisfied with your home purchase within the first 12 months from date of closing on your home purchase,
I’ll sell it for FREE!
You have my Guarantee!
The following conditions apply:
1.) Time limit of guarantee to be within 12 months from the date of closing on the home purchased.
2.) Selling Broker commission is Free (see condition # 3), Buyer Broker commission is 3%.
3.) At closing 3% of sale price monies will be placed in a escrow account with the closing Title Company, and dispersed as follows: a.) back to Buyers when they purchase and close on a replacement home from Garry Kwasniuk within 6 months of the closing on the sale of the guaranteed home they were not satisfied with, b.) to Garry Kwasniuk if Buyers do not purchase and close on a replacement home from Garry Kwasniuk within 6 months of the closing date on the sale of the guaranteed home they were not satisfied with.
4.)Buyers dissatisfaction with home purchase must be in writing and delivered to Re/Max Classic - Novi’s front desk, and email delivered to Garry Kwasniuk at garry@expertinforeclosures.com ; both must be delivered on or within 12 months from the date of closing of the home purchased.
5.) Replacement home purchase price must be no less than 10% of the original home’s purchase price or greater.
